CHICAGO — A 15-year-old boy was injured after he was shot Monday afternoon while he was inside a restaurant in Archer Heights.
The shooting happened around 2:30 p.m. in the 4200 block of West 47th Street.
According to information from the Chicago Police Department, the boy was inside the restaurant when someone shot him in the stomach, back and left arm.
The boy was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in fair condition, police said.
No one has been arrested yet in connection with the incident.
Area One detectives are investigating and anyone with information should contact them.
