Paraty – Jonadabe Pereira de Lima (60), known as helmet, born in São Paulo, was arrested, in Cotia, (SP), this Thursday (9), by civil police officers from the 167th DP of Paraty/RJ, under the command by delegate Marcello Russo. He is accused of pedophilia. At the police station it was found that he had an extensive criminal record: major robbery, serious bodily injury and murder. He was arrested in the act, taken to the police station, where he is at the disposal of the Justice and will face charges of satisfaction of lewdness through the presence of a child and adolescent, among other crimes based on the Child and Adolescent Statute (ECA).
According to Chief Deputy Marcello Russo, the criminal forced the victim, an 11-year-old child, “to produce videos, photos, audios, texts and video calls involving explicit sexual scenes, such as nudity and masturbation, in order to satisfy the lewdness of the accused, who falsely posed as a 14-year-old teenager, called “Júlio”, alleged a defect in his cell phone camera, so as not to be identified in video calls”.
According to the police chief, he had been in contact with the victim through social media for six months, where he had met the child and maintained contact via messages, under psychological coercion and emotional blackmail.
“The calls were made during the day and early in the morning, away from the supervision of the victim’s parents. “ He requested confidentiality, as he feared being arrested, claiming that a 14-year-old teenager could also be held responsible. He said he had given up everything for her (school, football in the square and fighting) and that she would have to do the same if she really loved him.”
The victim’s mother became suspicious of the girl’s behavior, locked in the room, had access to the phone and immediately contacted the police station. Based on an investigation presented to the Paraty Court, a preventive arrest warrant was issued this Wednesday (8) against the accused. A team, made up of five civil police officers, began the hunt.
