Scenario
The process has been running since November. Textor was reported three times under article 243-F (offense to honor) and once under 258-B (invading a place designated for the referee team or the match venue).
The businessman was preventively suspended for 30 days. Afterwards, in a trial of first instance, the executive received a 35-day suspension and a fine of R$25,000, already discounting the 28 days served in preventive suspension.
Textor was unanimously acquitted of article 258-B. The first 243-F, addressed to referee Bráulio da Silva Machado, was mischaracterized and changed to 258, with a 15-day suspension being attributed by majority vote.
The other two complaints in 243-F were combined, defining a punishment of 20 days and a fine of R$25,000. The defense filed an appeal for suspensive effect and was successful.
