After spending another month hospitalized, Anderson Leonardo passed away and his death was confirmed by the Molejo group. According to information released by G1 this Friday (26), the artist was admitted to the ICU at Hospital Unimed, in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro. On the 22nd, Anderson had experienced a significant worsening of his condition.
The hospital reported that the patient was not expected to be discharged, according to a bulletin released by medical director Luiz Fernando Nogueira Simvoulidis. The singer’s situation mobilized his team and fans, who were asked to donate blood in the name of the former Molejo singer.
For those who don’t know, in addition to being a singer, Anderson Leonardo was a composer and instrumentalist. Known for being part of the pagode group Molejo, there the artist acted as a vocalist and played the cavaquinho. The musician leaves his wife Paula Cardoso and four children: Leozinho Bradock, Alissa, Rafael Phelipe and Alice.
