Miguel ‘N’ is investigated by the Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) by the crime of feminicide against María José which occurred the morning of last Tuesday, April 16, in an apartment located in the La Cruz neighborhood, Iztacalco mayor’s office.
This man was arrested by preventive police after the murder of the young woman in her own home.
The Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) of CDMX reported that police arrived at the scene, where a neighbor reported that she heard screams in one of the apartments. Upon entering, the agents found an injured woman on the stairs of the place, who reported that when she arrived at her house a subject was attacking her daughter, the young María José, and when she tried to defend her the man injured her.
