Community Foundation Boulder County has named Faith Motter as vice president of development.
Motter has more than two decades of fundraising experience working for social issue nonprofits. In her new role, she will strengthen donor relations, expand community engagement and develop strategies to increase support for the foundation and its partners.
Motter previously served as director of development and communications at Blue Sky Bridge in Boulder and led a $25 million capital campaign in Raleigh, North Carolina. She holds a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University.
