Macaé – Agents from the 32nd Military Police Battalion (32nd BPM) detained two 15-year-old teenagers after a fight that caused turmoil in Praia de Cavaleiros this Tuesday (23). The incident occurred when the young women, both residents of the Nova Holanda community, started an argument while they were on the beach sand.
The disagreement quickly intensified, with the participation of members of the public who encouraged the fight, forming a crowd at the scene. Police intervention was necessary to contain the situation and disperse the crowd.
After the police arrived, the minors were detained and one of them was taken to the Imbetiba Emergency Room to receive medical care. They were then welcomed by the Guardianship Council, where they gave a statement and received social support.
Subsequently, the teenagers were taken to the 123rd Police Station (123rd DP) to record the incident. The episode highlights the importance of joint action by authorities to ensure security and public order in the city’s leisure areas.
