On Saturday, the forecast indicated that the sea would be undertow, with tides expected throughout the day. According to the Alerta Rio system, the waves would exceed 1.2 meters in height and could reach 3 meters in some parts of the municipality.
Due to hangover warnings, Barra beach remains with several red flags, which means they are not recommended for swimming, as they have a high risk of drownings and incidents.
