Rio – Flamengo’s lack of aim in the 2-0 defeat to Botafogo, last Sunday (29), at Maracanã, left the red and black fans irritated. For the first time since coach Tite arrived, the team ended a match without being able to hit at least one shot on goal.
During the classic, Flamengo finished 15 times, but failed to hit the goal defended by John. According to “Sofascore”, there were 11 shots sent out and four blocked by the Botafogo defense. On the other side, the black and white team finished nine times, three of them on goal.
