“Something that I consider of interest, yesterday there was talk about artificial intelligence, about how they can invent an almost perfect image or audio of a person and we were reviewing this matter,” said the president.

He indicated that currently about “70 percent of Mexicans cannot understand that it is something artificial”meaning that it is not totally real.

He recognized that heArtificial Intelligence will continue to advance in an accelerated manner, so it is necessary for the people of Mexico to stay informed and thus avoid any attempt at fraud or deception.

“In the future this will continue to grow and improve, so we have to provide enough information to avoid fraud, so that people are not deceived and so that we are all very informed,” he mentioned.

“Also that we become experts in all this that is emerging with technological innovation and above all that we act in a cautious manner,” he added.
