No letter from the Ministry of Health or document signed by any other higher authority that allowed access to reserved documents was presented to employees. No one was informed of the action already underway. The administrative head of the Management Board of the Conceição group is Helvécio Miranda Magalhães Júnior, who was fired from the Hospital in March after a press report accused him of influence peddling in hiring a company without a contract to operate the service.

Councilor Edson Santos (PT) supports the processing in the City Council of the bill, sent by the Executive Branch under the leadership of the municipal secretary of Solidarity Economy, Diego Zeidan, to establish the Carioquinha solidarity currency in Rio. The secretary works together with the councilor so that the process takes place smoothly and so that the social currency, inspired by the experience of Mumbuca, in Maricá, can be created during this administration.
