Giraffe Benito is immortalized in Talavera crafts, three months after his arrival in Puebla – El Financiero

The pieces, he said, sell from 3,000 to 7,000 pesos due to their complexity and manufacturing time.

José Antonio López, craftsman in charge of capturing Benitoassured EFE that it was one of the most pleasant experiences of his work because he considers him one of the new icons of the city.

“We have 26 years of experience and we have made different images in the talavera and making this figure, which is now emblematic of Puebla, at this time it was very pleasant and very exciting and we have had a good response from the public,” he asserted.
