The former Minister of the Court, Arturo Zaldívar, announced that will denounce Norma Piña, minister president of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) before the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), in addition to requesting an impeachment trial against him.
In a press conference with Morena, Zaldívar assured that the complaint is “for the probable commission of the crime against the administration of justice, because the manifest enmity that Minister Piña has with me is evident.”
The accusation also includes accusations of having disseminated information in their custody due to the massive distribution of the complaint and the admission order regarding the former Minister Zaldívar.
Added to this are accusations by the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office for the Attention of Electoral Crimes (Fepade) for the illegal use of funds, goods and services at its disposal for harming some candidate and benefiting another.

This accusation arises after the rumors of an alleged meeting in which Norma Piña had with party leaders.
Another complaint before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) will be for “the leak of the admission agreement that implies a violation of the human right to protect personal data.”
The above after the complaint and accusations towards Arturo Zaldívar will be filtered through social networks.
One more accusation against Norma Piña will be before the Supreme Court for, supposedly, “coercing the magistrates so that there was no change of presidency and for meeting with party leaders,” said the former minister.

“I have information that the people close to this campaign are very close to Norma Piña,” said the retired minister in an interview with Ciro Gómez Leyva.
