JP Karliak knows how to use his voice.
Karliak is an American voice actor and comedian, known for voicing a variety of characters in animated movies and TV shows.
But he also uses his voice as an activist.
Karliak is the president and founder of Queer Vox, a non-profit organization that “provides training and professional support for LGBTQIA+ voice actors in the entertainment industry while advocating for equitable opportunities and authentic representation in voice performance work,” according to the mission statement on its website.
Karliak joins Sunday’s Weekend Morning News (video above) to talk about his work as a voice actor and activist.
