Mexican company develops million-dollar technology to raise shrimp without the sea – El Financiero

Daniel Russek, CEO of Atarraya, leads a project to raise shrimp in places where there is not even a sea, with technology developed in Mexico, specifically in Oaxaca, which allows for the sustainable production of this protein, while addressing environmental challenges.

“What we develop is a technology in Mexico, in Oaxaca, using talent from all over the world to solve a problem that Mexico does not really have, because We produce our own shrimp and export some.
