A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after being involved in a crash with a car this morning.
Emergency services were called to the collision near the Folkestone Garden Centre on the A260, Canterbury Road, at 11.15am.
The A-road was blocked in both directions due to the incident but has now been cleared.
Paramedics took the motorcyclist to the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford for further treatment.
A police spokesperson said: “Officers attended to clear the road and assist with vehicle recovery.
“A woman was taken to a local hospital for medical treatment.”
