According to investigations, the crime occurred in February this year, when the victim was shot inside the car while driving, transporting his partner and mother-in-law. The militiaman passed by on a motorcycle and shot.

The criminal even tried to hide in the Bangu neighborhood. He fled from the police, jumping over several walls to neighbors’ houses, until he was injured in one of these attempts and was caught by the agents. The militiaman was treated at a health unit and then sent to prison.
