Araruama – This Saturday (27), the quilombola community of Sobara will receive a visit from the Ação Social Volante project. Held by Araruama City Hall, the event offers a series of free services to the population. The activities will take place in front of the Escola Municipal Pastor Alcebíades, in the district of São Vicente, from 9am to 4pm.
The initiative involves the work of a multidisciplinary team that carries out the itinerant project throughout the city’s neighborhoods, facilitating the population’s access to the services available.
Residents will have access to a range of services focused on health and well-being. Pediatrician Dr. Viviane Lobo and general practitioner Dr. Arquimedes will participate in the event, which will also provide consultations with a nutritionist and mobile dentist.
Other services will also be available, including: blood pressure measurement, blood glucose measurement, as well as flu vaccination for seniors over 60 years of age.
In the area of social assistance, the action will include consultations, updates and new registrations in the Single Registry — a Federal Government program through which access to benefits such as Bolsa Família is obtained. Residents will also have access to services aimed at well-being, such as a manicure, barber and CRAS hairdresser.
Children will have a fun space with inflatable toys and supervision by the project team, so that those responsible can have access to the services available at the action with the peace of mind that their children are being well looked after.
To register with CadÚnico and participate in other Volante Social Action activities, you must present an identification document, SUS card and proof of address.
