Meeting at Mayor Lessa’s office outlined details of the events

Conceição de Macabu – Strengthening cultural and cultural events, with a focus on regional tourism, is the objective of the partnership signed between the Social Service of Commerce (Sesc), the Commerce Union (Sincomércio) and the government of Conceição de Macabu, in the northern region of the State of Rio de Janeiro. The matter was evaluated last Friday (3), between the parties.
The agenda dealt with the Sesc Autumn Festival and the 36th Agro Expo. The meeting took place in Mayor Valmir Lessa’s office, who worked out the details with Paulo Mendonça and Mário Cesar, representatives of Sesc; chief of staff, Ademilson Lessa; and secretaries Marlon Abreu (Government) and Aline Fidalgo (Tourism).
The events are scheduled for July 4th to 7th. Valmir Lessa highlights that the partnership between Sesc and the municipality is of great importance: “Not only does it bring quality events to the region, but it also promotes local social and economic development”.
Paulo Mendonça also comments on the partnership: “Sesc is a pleasure to support receptive municipalities like Macabu; This collaboration not only enriches the city’s cultural life, but also strengthens ties between the institution and the community, boosting joint development”, he concludes.
