CHICAGO — Just days ahead of her latest album release, Taylor Swift has added a mural to one Chicago building with a “Blank Space.”
A QR code mural has been placed on the side of a building Monday at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Dearborn Street in the River North neighborhood.
The code appears to be made up of the letters “T-T-P-D” and the number 13 — which is a reference to her new album, “The Tortured Poets Department” and her favorite number.
When you scan the mural, it takes you to a 13-second YouTube short on Swift’s official channel. The message, in typewriter font, reads: “Error 321,” along with a faded “13.”
The error is intentional for Swifties with more details expected on the album release date. Swift is known for her cryptic messages and Easter eggs ahead of her album releases.
“The Tortured Poets Department” comes out at midnight April 19.
