Zaldívar clarified that in the statement the complaint was admitted due to the circumstances of time, manner and place.
“In relation to me, there is not a single circumstance of time, manner, place, not only that, not even a single specific conduct has been pointed out to me, this obviously should have been discarded (…) Yes, it is an anonymous complaint, if it is not pointed out to me No specific behavior, but they do not have a procedure by which to process this complaint.
