Posted on the site SeLoger, offices and commerce, it is embellished with professional photographs where regulars of the place will easily recognize the office of Olivier Faure, the boss of the PS. The interested tenant will be able to invest in the premises by paying a requested annual rent of 200,000 euros, or a little more than 16,000 euros per month. “Immediate availability”, specifies the announcement.

“The idea would be to rent a space in Paris whose rent would be supported by the rental of the Ivry headquarters. We are researching,” explained a source in the socialist leadership a few weeks ago. The objective is clear: return to the heart of the capital.

There is a large meeting room on the ground floor, an open space where employees work, a large porch, offices, a large space upstairs…” describes a won over source.

“It would be good news to return to Paris,” confirms another close friend of Olivier Faure. “So, if they are beautiful, smaller premises, in the heart of Paris, go! » Nothing has been done yet. It will first be necessary for a tenant to come forward for the imposing headquarters of Ivry-sur-Seine.
