Governor Evelyn Salgado Pineda headed the Coordination Table for the Construction of Peace at the National Guard facilities in Acapulco, to outline the priority actions to reinforce the strategy in order to guarantee security for the development of the next elections of the June 2nd.
The representatives of the Electoral and Citizen Participation Institute of the State of Guerrero were present at the session, as well as the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in matters of electoral crimes, civil, naval and military commands.
The state leader called to strengthen joint work on security in the eight regions of the state, mainly in priority areas for the tranquility and well-being of the population.
