Rio – Trabalha Rio, an itinerant action by Rio’s Municipal Department of Labor and Income (SMTE) focused on employability, will make a stop this Sunday, the 5th, at the Centro Luiz Gonzaga de Tradições Nordestinas, the popular São Cristóvão Fair.
The action is a partnership between SMTE and INSS. From 9am to 1pm, 50 vouchers will be distributed to workers who wish to return to the job market, as well as to local residents looking for their first job. Depending on the demand for service, there is a possibility of increasing the number of passwords.
The Luiz Gonzaga Center for Northeastern Traditions is located in Campo de São Cristóvão.
Next Wednesday, the 8th, the program will be at Rua Eloi Rodrigues, 23, in Colégio, from 10am to 3pm. There, one hundred passwords will be distributed to anyone who wants to register their CV in the secretariat’s opportunity bank.
As happens every week, on Friday, Trabalha Rio will be on hand, from 1pm to 5pm, at the headquarters of Grupo Arco-Íris (Rua da Carioca, 45, Centro), serving LGBTQIA+ workers.
