Rio – Vasco regretted coach Ramón Díaz’s sexist statement after the defeat to Red Bull Bragantino, this Wednesday (17), and, like the Argentine, apologized for the episode. In a statement, the club highlighted the values and principles as a historical mark of the institution.
“Vasco da Gama regrets coach Ramón Díaz’s statement and reaffirms its commitment to reinforcing the necessary educational measures and guidelines in accordance with its determinations, values and principles. We apologize, as does our coach,” said Cruz-Maltino in official note.
