Rio – Owner of SAF do Botafogo, John Textor was in Saquarema, in the Lagos Region, last Saturday (20), for an event. The businessman was alongside Pedro Vita, a 14-year-old skateboarder who represents Botafogo in national competitions, and tried some tricks on the skateboard.
“Old dogs shouldn’t try new games! It’s so much fun to skate with @pedrovitaskt and his friends, he’s amazing… and Chosen!”, commented the American on social media.
Textor ventured onto a track, receiving applause and screams from those present. It’s not the first time the businessman has been seen skateboarding. Last month, he had already been spotted on a track at Aterro do Flamengo, in the South Zone of Rio.
In the United States, he was considered a sporting prodigy as a teenager. His career, however, did not take off after suffering a head injury.
