At least four people were reported dead and 28 others injured by a Russian missile in the major Black Sea port city of Odessa on Monday. Odessa, a vital port for Ukrainian exports, is regularly targeted by deadly Russian missile and drone attacks. Nine people were injured in a drone attack on April 23. In mid-March, a Russian bombing caused at least 20 dead and 73 injured in Odessa.
Kharkiv targeted again
At the same time and several hundred kilometers away, Kharkov, home to more than 1.4 million people before the war and which is located in the northeast near the border with Russia, a civilian was injured Monday in a Russian strike, according to local authorities.
