A total of 12 drug traffickersmembers of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), were sentenced to prison for drug trafficking from Mexico to the United States, according to the prosecutor for the Northern District of Texas, Leigha Simonton, in a statement. Among those convicted is Francisco Javier Rodríguez Arreola, identified as “a person with access to the highest levels” of the criminal group.
