The modifications will come into force from May 1 of this year. In the statement, Servitje explained that after 43 years of working full-time, he was handing over the baton and clarified “I will continue to be involved and participating in the management and strategy of the company.”
The objective of the two changes is for Bimbo to improve its corporate governance and strategic oversightas well as strengthening its structure to face the complexity derived from the growth and expansion of recent years.

Regarding her professional career, Pamia Romero has 35 years of experience in marketing and commercial strategy.
He has worked in multinational companies such as Henkel, Danone and now in Bimbo group. In Danone From 2002 to 2007, Mr. Pamias Romero was General Manager for the Bottled Water category in Mexico and Spain.
