Cabo Frio – A Military Police Motorcycle Patrol team caught two individuals with drugs on Avenida do Contorno, in the Cajueiro neighborhood, in Cabo Frio, on Thursday afternoon (25).
According to the police report, the agents were patrolling the locality when they spotted a blue XLR motorcycle in poor condition and without rear signal lights. When ordered to stop, the motorcycle’s occupants initially resisted, but ended up complying after several attempts.
During the personal search, the police found a cell phone inside a bag with the motorcycle driver. With the 22-year-old passenger, a bag containing 4 rocks of crack and a small bundle of marijuana was found.
In view of the facts, the two individuals were detained and taken to the 126th DP. Both were charged with possession of drugs for their own use. The motorcycle was also seized.
It is worth noting that the passenger on the motorcycle already had a previous conviction for robbery.
