The General Prosecutor of the Republic (FGR) refuses to suffer another defeat against drug trafficking. This Monday, April 29, one day after the release of Abraham Oseguera Cervantes, ‘Don Rodo‘brother of Mencho and alleged leader of Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), the FGR has reported that it will appeal against the people who allegedly helped Oseguera Cervantes leave the Almoloya de Juárez maximum security prison.
On April 28, A judge ordered the immediate release of Abraham Osegueraconsidering that his form of detention was contradictory to what was stated by the authority in its Police Report, that is, according to the magistrate it could not be proven that the capture of the CJNG leader occurred as the uniformed officers said.
‘The Judge who decreed the freedom of said person ignored and stopped evaluating the accusations of serious crimes against Abraham “O”’, said the FGR.
