O Flamengo will take 45 indigenous people, from the Guarani Mbyai ethnic group in the Mata Verde Bonita village, in Maricá, to the classic on Sunday (28) against Botafogo, at Maracanã, at 11 am (Brasília time), for the Brasileirão. A action is part of the “Nação no Maraca” program.

Club officials had already visited the village last week and took the project “Come read, come read, come read!” to the indigenous people. During the action, the children received books, backpacks and cups from the club.

And they won’t be the only guests to attend Maracanã. Rubro-Negro also gave tickets to other groups: from the Entidade de Acolhimento Futuro Feliz, from the Public Prosecutor’s Office for Children and Youth of the District of Magé, from Projeto Sorrindo para Todos, from Rio, from Embaixada Fla Campos, from Campos, as well as athletes from the youth categories of women’s and men’s football.

The program “Nação no Maraca” has already benefited more than 13 thousand peopleincluding refugees, people complying with socio-educational measures, people with disabilities and those assisted by social institutions.
