“I thank the US Senate for approving the aid package for Israel tonight with a large bipartisan majority,” wrote the minister, Israel Katz, on the social network X.
He added that the package is “a clear testimony to the strength of our alliance and sends a strong message to all our enemies.”

The United States Congress approved this Tuesday (23) a military and economic aid package worth 95 billion dollars (around R$487 billion) for several countries that are involved in wars.
Of this amount, 61 billion dollars (about R$313 billion) go to Ukraine, 13 billion dollars (about R$66 billion). The other 21 billion dollars (around R$108 billion) will be divided among other nations.
