Macaé – Praia da Imbetiba, located in Macaé, appeared under the shadow of growing concern among local residents. An oil slick spread along the coast, close to the region where the group Os Anormals is located, generating alarm and demanding immediate action from the competent authorities.
The incident, observed by several residents in the area, raised fears about the safety of the beach and its use for leisure activities. The presence of oil makes the place unsuitable for bathing, causing concern among regular visitors to the region.
Faced with this alarming situation, residents request the intervention of the responsible authorities to investigate and resolve the problem. There is a latent concern regarding the origin of the oil, raising the possibility that it was the result of the activities of a vessel that docked at the Petrobras port, located nearby.
“The environmental safety of our beach is fundamental to the well-being of the entire community. We demand that appropriate measures be taken to remedy this situation and avoid irreparable damage to the local ecosystem”, emphasizes one of the concerned residents.
