Lafayette poet laureate ZBassSpeaks will host a free event at the 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Longmont Public Library at to celebrate national poetry month.
A Colorado native, ZBassSpeaks has been speaking and performing in the Denver metro area since 2008, according to his website.
